House Rules
  • No smoking anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors
  • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM–6:30 AM
  • Overnight guests require landlord permission in advance
  • No pets
  • No parties or events
  • House rules may vary slightly by unit, since each is its own household — full rules shared after your tour
Screening
Background, credit, and rental history check for every applicant — including current housemates in your unit.
Lease Terms
Month-to-month, with 30 days' written notice to end the lease from either party.
Payments
Rent collected via Zelle, RentRedi, or cash — paper checks not accepted.
Entry & Privacy
The landlord may enter common areas with 24 hours' notice. Your private room requires your consent to enter, except in an emergency.
