All utilities — electricity, gas, water, sewage, trash, and internet — plus furniture already in your room (bed, desk, and a Smart TV in most listings). Nothing extra to set up.
It varies by property — some units are month-to-month, others are longer-term. Where month-to-month, either side can end it with 30 days' written notice; longer leases require 60 days' written notice. Your exact terms are confirmed in your lease agreement before you sign.
Start with the Tenant Pre-Screening Questionnaire, then schedule a tour. If it's a fit, you'll complete a formal application with a background, credit, and eviction check — the same screening every housemate has already passed.
Equal to one month's rent, due before move-in along with your first month's rent (or a prorated amount, if applicable).

No pets at any of our properties.
Overnight guests require landlord permission in advance. Full house rules are shared after your tour.
